The Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing Hub, located at the Chalfonts and Gerrards Cross Hospital site, is proud to be funded by Friends of Chalfonts and Gerrards Cross Community Hospital. Their support enables us to develop and deliver a dedicated space for health, wellbeing, and social care activities that benefit the local community.

The hub will offer a range of health and wellbeing activities, community events, and opportunities for residents to access support and advice. We are currently working on finalising our programme and will share updates soon—watch this space for news on upcoming sessions and ways to get involved.
